Overview
Many teams and agencies choose to run a controlled pilot of Flint with a small number of accounts before expanding to a broader rollout. This lets you validate workflows, gather feedback, and identify any configuration needs before committing to a larger deployment.
This guide covers how to structure a pilot and what to expect from the process.
Getting Started with a Pilot
To start a pilot with a limited set of accounts:
- 1.Talk to our team - Pilot arrangements, custom seat counts, and agency-level setups are handled through our sales team. Visit Contact Sales to get in touch.
- 2.Define your pilot scope - Decide how many accounts or team members will participate, what use cases you will test (e.g., landing pages, ABM pages, campaign pages), and what success looks like.
- 3.Set up your organization - Once your account is created, you can invite pilot participants via Organization Settings. See Inviting Members for step-by-step instructions.
Structuring the Pilot
A well-structured pilot typically runs 2-4 weeks and focuses on a specific use case. Recommended steps:
- 1.Pick a representative use case - Choose a page type or workflow that reflects your team's real needs (e.g., building 10 ABM pages from a CSV, creating landing pages for an upcoming campaign).
- 2.Assign pilot participants - Keep the initial group small (2-5 people) so feedback is easy to collect and act on.
- 3.Run the workflow end-to-end - Build, publish, and share the pages. Note any friction points.
- 4.Collect feedback - After the pilot, gather input from participants on what worked well and what could be improved.
- 5.Review results with our team - Share your feedback with the Flint team. We use pilot feedback to prioritize improvements and help you plan your full rollout.
Agency and Multi-Client Pilots
If you are an agency evaluating Flint for use across multiple client accounts:
- •Flint supports multi-site organizations, where each site represents a separate client brand with its own design system, pages, and publishing settings.
- •During a pilot, you can set up 1-3 client sites to test the workflow before expanding.
- •For pricing and custom arrangements for agencies managing many client accounts, contact us at Contact Sales.
Expanding After the Pilot
Once you are ready to expand beyond the pilot:
- 1.Invite additional team members through Organization Settings
- 2.Create additional sites for new brands or clients
- 3.Contact our team if you need to adjust your plan, seat count, or access to Enterprise features
