What consumes credits
Research runs (generating recommendations) and page builds draw on your plan's allowance. Reviewing recommendations, applying Google Ads changes, and browsing the dashboard don't require a research run. Your current allowance and usage are visible on the pricing/billing page.
Why a scheduled run might be skipped
Scheduled Auto Run recommendation runs are subject to your plan's usage limits. If your organization is over its credit or usage limit when a scheduled run is due, that run is skipped rather than partially completed. Scheduled runs resume automatically once you're back within your allowance or after you upgrade - you don't need to re-enable anything.
Running out mid-action
If you try to generate recommendations while out of allowance, Flint shows an Upgrade to generate recommendations prompt instead of starting a run. Upgrade or wait for your allowance to refresh, then run again.
Tip: if you rely on Auto Run to keep your inbox fresh, keep an eye on usage near the end of a billing period so a Monday run isn't unexpectedly skipped.
