The children, Emma J. and Adelbert Rowley, were the children of Henry Bateman and Harriet (Lanway) Rowley.  He was killed in the Civil War.  His widow married Daniel Delong, who became their guardian.  These children were counted twice-- once here and once with their mother, in Koylton, Tuscola County, Michigan.
