Records were found where these families spelled their name, "ROWLEE."   Frank & Wolcott were brothers.  Adelia was Frank's wife, and Jane  [Jennie] was Wolcott's wife.  The child, Harry, is of Wolcott.  Other records record a March 1870 birth of "Lacy J." to Wolcott and Jennie Rowley.  The identity of the elder Jane Rowley remains unknown.
