This is likely the Ava Tuttle who was uncle to the children of Alpheus Rowley, who died in service.  See the Civil War pension abstract. Perlina is probably Filena which would make Mary, Filena and Sophia sisters and daughters of Alpheus and Sebery (Keller) Rowley, both of whom are deceased at the time of this census.
