DEATHSROWLEY, ALBERT HOMER "SPECKS" A retired employee of Ethyl Corp. and a resident of Baton Rouge, he died at 4:20 a.m. Monday, Aug. 31, 1998, at his home. He was 75 and a native of East Baton Rouge Parish. Visiting at Capital Funeral Home, noon to 4 p.m. Thursday. American Legion Post No. 505 will conduct services at 7:15 p.m. and East End Lodge No. 209 will conduct Masonic rites at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at St. Mark United Methodist Church. Religious services at the church at 8 p.m. Thursday, conducted by the Rev. James Haynes. Dismissal at 11 a.m. Friday. Interment in Port Hudson National Cemetery. Survived by wife, Vera S. Rowley; three daughters and sons-in-law, Jennifer and Gable Miggins, Glenda and Mike Edmond and Shannon and Ronald Parms; two sons, Albert Jr. and Melvin Rowley; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
