Died ROWLEE--At his home in Orleans township, Winneshiek Co., Iowa, Dec. 4, 1890, William Rowlee, aged 74 years.

William Rowlee was born in Trumbull Co., Ohio, July 30, 1817. He was married March 26, 1840, to Cornelia Humphrey. He experienced religion in 1841 and joined the Congregational Church, of which he had been a member ever since. He came to Iowa in January, 1854, and settled in Winneshiek Co., where he has since resided. His wife died Feb. 23, 1871, leaving three sons and one daughter. He was married again Sept. 15, 1890 to Mrs. E. M. Eddy, who still survives him. The funeral services wee held at the family residence on Sunday last, Rev. F. M. Coleman, pastor of the M. E. Church of Cresco officiating. He was buried in the Cresco cemetery.--Cresco Times.
