Obituaries Thaddeus A. Rowley Thaddeus A. Rowley, 93, of Lima, formerly of Avon, died Jan. 1, 2001 at the Avon Nursing Home. He was born March 7, 1907, in Richmond, N.Y. the son of Arthur and Edna (Foley) Rowley. Thad worked for his brother-in-law, Fred Potter as a farmer and later for the Vernon Greer Farm. He is survived by many nieces and nephews. No prior calling. A graveside service will be held in the Spring (Wednesday, May 23, 2001) at Union Cemetery in Livonia. Memorials may be made to the Avon Ambulance Fund, 60 Temple St., Avon NY 14414. Arrangements by Stephenson-Dougherty Funeral Home Inc., 350 Genesee St. in Avon.
