HIGHLAND, N. Y., April 9 - Mrs. Rachel Covert Rowley, widow of George Rowley and former head of Vineyard Rebekah Lodge and Past Councilor of the Daughters of America Lodge, died in her home on Wednesday at the age of 69. A funeral service was held today. She leaves two daughters, Mrs. Fred Harris and Mrs. Anley Myers, and a son, George Rowley.
