DEATHSNathan Robert RowleyNathan Robert "Bob" Rowley, 97, of Charleston died Jan. 17, 1999, in St. Francis Hospital after a short illness. He was a former employee of Fletcher Enamel Co., Dunbar, and Cabot Gas Co. He was a former resident of Dunbar. Surviving: sons, Wendell Eugene Rowley of Dunbar, William Anderson Rowley of Charleston, Peter E. Rowley of South Charleston; daughters, Geraldine Burton of Cross Lanes, Beulah Lewis of Alum Creek, Audra Caruthers of South Charleston, Ruth Ann Minner of Eaton, Ind., Corrine Hall of Winfield; 27 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild. Service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Liberty Community Church with the Rev. Frank Chapman and the Rev. Larry McCallister officiating. Burial will be in Emma Chapel Church Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, and one hour prior to service Tuesday at the church. |
