ROWLEY SR., HAROLD LEE Died 7 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 10, 1991, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. He was 79, a native of Enid, Okla., and resident of Baton Rouge. He was an independent oil and gas operator. Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, and noon to religious services at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday. Survived by two sons, Stephen J. Rowley, Baton Rouge, and H. Lee Rowley Jr., Lafayette; a sister, Helen Lucille Bixler, Oklahoma; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by wife, Jean Louise Rowley.
