EATON, Colo. -- Janie Margaret Dinnel, 73, of McCook, died Monday (July 14, 2003) in Eaton, Colo. She was born March 31, 1930, to Samuel and Elizabeth (Hoover) Rowley in Wauneta. She grew up in Hitchcock County and graduated from Stratton High School in Stratton in 1946. She began working for Mountain Bell Telephone as an operator in Colorado Springs, Colo., before coming to McCook where she worked with North Western Bell.
